I started as skinny last year on January 1. Height 6'2 bw 135lb. Currently, I weigh 180 lbs. I've met a lot of bigger people than. They all ask for tips and stuff, and it makes me feel so good. And rmr these guys are over 250 and in good shape also

sure but if this is true why can be lift less weight on incline? surely the load would be distributed between both upper and lower chest if this was true and so we would be able to lift more?

Definitely have to disagree with filming in the gym. Sometimes the gym puts you in compromised, vulnerable positions (I feel this especially as a woman) and it’s completely valid to feel uncomfortable that you are being filmed. No doubt you two likely respect others, it’s the hundreds if not thousands of others that aren’t.
This is interesting, I bought a book written by Leo Costa Jr back in the 90's that diet included extremely high fat and protein zero carbs 5 days a week and the other days slightly lower fat and protein and very high carbs and man did it work! The only way to describe that first high carb meal was i felt like one of those dehydrated sponges that blow up when you wet them. I my weight was going up while my waist was getting smaller and i saw veins I'd never saw before and this was on a ridiculous amount of calories. I'm an ectomorph and this was the only way I'd ever put on that much weight! And as you said in one of your other videos as i gained muscle it became easier to lose the fat.
Although I think the science based learning is fine, I also think if it isnt broke dont fix it.
You need to drink more water though when you use creatine, youll need about 8 bottles of water a day

It's crazy to me how the bigger the guys are, the nicer they are in either taking advice or giving it. I've been in a gym where I've asked multiple people questions, and the ones who won't answer me or tell me to leave them alone because they don't want to mess up their rhythm, are usually the ones who are my size or just a little bigger. (I'm 5'10, 200lbs. Ok to good physic)Those people really need to humble themselves.
